We’ve been figuring out France for a long time.
Our story started in Chicago, but France has been home for years.
After coming to Paris to study at the Sorbonne, we fell rather hopelessly in love with the country — its language, its culture, its food, and, yes, even its bureaucracy.
Today, we live in Marseille, where we’ve built our life and learned the practical side of living in France: finding a home, dealing with paperwork, registering cars, navigating French institutions, and figuring out all the little things that nobody thinks to explain.
That’s why we started Services Quoi.
We know what it’s like to arrive in France and understand enough to know what you’re supposed to do, but not necessarily how to actually get it done. We also know that sometimes you don’t need another website telling you which form to download. You need someone who can speak French, understand the system, pick up the phone, and help make it happen.
That’s what we do.
We’re based in Marseille and work with people throughout Provence and remotely across France. Whether you’re just arriving, settling in, or simply stuck on something that has become très français, we’re here to help.
